Photo of the month (September 2009)

Title: The Scholar
Location: Wat Pho วัดโพธิ์, Bangkok, Central Thailand
Date: 4 September 2009, 9:40am
Camera: Nikon D60 with Aperture: f/8.0, ISO Equiv.: 100

It was an excellent day for photography. The sky was ocean blue. Wat Pho วัดโพธิ์ is BIG! But, this statue caught my attention. I was fascinated by the carvings and dark pigmentation visible on the statue. My favourite picture from Thailand - CRISP & CLEAR :)

  1. Interesting! Because you used the figure's head to divide the blue sky and the green leaves diagonally!

  5. 1ondoncalling,

    Thanks!! I'm so addicted to close-up shot. But, credit goes to the beautiful sky :)

    @xplorer,

  8. 1ondoncalling,

    Just the usual close-up shots. Not those insect macro pics. I have only a basic Nikon D60 camera. Nothing else :(

    Remember to 'belanja' me when you strike jackpot :)

    Cheers!
